- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Horrible experience with this office. Extensive wait times for both appts. And they act like they are interrupting their gossip time to help you. The staff talked about adult subjects in the hall, we heard right through the door... And continued during the checkup... Like we weren't even there. I waited 1.5 hours after my scheduled apt time for my daughter's post-op 2.5 minute appointment. Please look around before using this office. - ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Front office staff is completely incompetent. Took me 2 months to schedule my sons ear tubes because of a number of mistakes made in the office, a lack of follow up on their part, and outright refusal to call me back. Our appointments were additionally mislabeled causing further confusion and frustration. I get everyone had bad days but this was over two months. Once this procedure is done next week I will never return here and certainly will not recommend this office to anyone I know.June 10, 2017by Ashley Richardson
