  A few years back, on a Saturday, I was getting online quotes from various insurance companies. When my phone rang, like many others i cringed. I knew it was a salesman calling to "give me the best rates possible". However, the man on the other end of the line didn't try to sell me anything. Instead he asked questions about me, about my family, about our habits. I soon found myself comparing a quote from him that fit my family and our lifestyle. It was a little higher so I questioned it. He asked if I would email him the other quote, which I did, and was promptly emailed in return. He noted several "Oregon requirements" that the other company didn't include. It would have cost me a small fortune in the long run. It was the first time I found an insurance company looking out for me, first and for most. The thing that really got my attention was Ron did this on his Saturday. He could have easily done it on Monday and I would have thought nothing of it. But he took the time to call me on his weekend, and I couldn't help thinking, "this guy really cares, I'm not just another potential client". Fast forward several happy years with Ron and Tara as my agents. My daughter was rear ended and it totaled her leased car. Dad stepped in and started working with the "other" insurance company. Soon I was at my wits end. I have never had an insurance company, or any company for that matter, make me feel so insignificant, and bullied in all my life. With a couple of informative emails and phone calls to The RBI agency, I soon had Tara and Ron at my side, helping me get through this. Tara had all the answers to my questions and Ron had already begun to make calls to gather needed information for me to properly deal with the other guys insurance. I have never had anyone stop everything and jump in to help me out like Ron and Tara did. I can not thank them enough or even come close to expressing my gratitude to this team for the help they provided. I have sent several people their direction for quotes and rate comparisons, and can continue to do so knowing that they will take as good of care as everyone they serve as well as they have taken care of me and my family.   Ron is exceptional. He follows through on his promises and is very detail oriented. I have insured many homes, boats and rental properties with him. I highly recommend him.

  A few people I work with recommended Ron, so I gave him a shot when my boat policy came due. I could not have had a better experience. Ron really knows his stuff and because he is independent he was able to shop a bunch of companies for me and saved me thousands of dollars a year. Ron is great about communication and works way harder than any other insurance agent I have ever met. You will not find a better agent than Ron
